Construction Only: If you already have a landscape plan or are after a one-off job such as paving, building a wall, constructing a fence, fixing a water feature, planting a tree or laying some turf we can help you out with this. Send us your plan or a brief and some photos of the site and we'll phone you to discuss the scope of works and budget. If you're happy with what we discuss we will arrange a site visit and provide a firm quote for the scope of works.
Fee: free, no obligation quote
Design & Construct: Our packages start with an on-site meeting with client/s and an Evolve Garden Concepts designer. During this meeting we get an idea of your garden needs, ideas and budget and discuss potential design solutions, plants, material selections, product choices and timelines. Prior to the meeting we send you a questionnaire to fill out and send back so we are well prepared and can use the time effectively. This consultation takes approx. 1 hour and we encourage all parties who will have a say in the future of the garden be available.
A fee proposal for the concept design and estimates for the scope of works is presented at the end of the consultation.
Fee: $180.00 inc. GST To be paid at the consultation.
Next step: We will discuss which Stage 2 design option is right for you and present a fixed quote for the design and estimates for the scope of works.
A concept plan is the initial design stage that firms up the design vision, concept ideas and direction. This stage includes a scaled birds-eye-view plan, necessary elevations, plant and materials schedules and sample boards.
We will carry out a site analysis, a further meeting with you to clarify the direction and a meeting to present the design.
The construction documentation stage ensures your design is built with integrity and to the highest standard. You will require these documents should you need council approval or if you would prefer to tender the construction stage out to other construction companies.
We can provide various drawing types to suit your project. These may be complete working drawing sets for tender, detail drawings documenting structural elements such as walls, built-in seating, pergolas, water features or sculptural elements ETC. We can also include planting, lighting and irrigation plans.
Custom designed styling packages are for exterior spaces that require an update, rejuvenation or to make it more usable and inviting. These packages include sample boards of pots, planters, vertical systems and planting choices along with soft furnishings, lifestyle products and outdoor furniture specific to your environment. This package is perfect for balconies and small spaces but can also be ideal for any area that requires an update or will host a special occasion.A quote is presented for the supply and installation of these products.
If you are happy with the existing design and foundations of your garden but need an update you can choose a restoration schedule. This is a list of recommendations to restore the existing hard and soft elements and suggested new plants and garden elements that will suit the existing environment.
You may have recently acquired a property with an existing garden or need help to bring the garden into shape or have never known where to start and the garden has gone on growing up without you or perhaps you priorities have changed and you can no longer care for your garden.
What ever the reason Evolve Gardens team of qualified horticulturalists are always looking for what’s already in play in the garden, replenishing the soils, giving it shape and form, some negative space, and a clear direction so that you can make the most of your outdoor space.
On completion of the design and agreement of the budget construction or installation works begin.
Depending on the extent of the works we work in the following stages. • Excavation and/or removal of existing garden. • Soil preparation and irrigation. • Installation of all structural elements and lighting. • Installation of all new plantings and mulch.
